Guest Services Representative – Part time

Requirements –

Ability to work with a sense of urgency to ensure we stay on schedule while providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Possess strong communication and phone skills.

Responsibilities –

Assist guests with the check in process and provide details for their tour experience.
Assist guests on the phone by offering details regarding our tour offerings and make sure all of their questions are adequately answered.
Operate POS system with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
Coordinate the days tour schedule and communicate with guides to ensure the team is fully prepared for the day.

Additional opportunity for hours possible as a Tour Guide if applicant has experience operating UTV/ATV.

TOUR GUIDE

Requirements –

- Must have experience operating UTV/ATV

- 21yrs.+

Fleet Maintenance Technician-

Requirements –

Ability to work with a sense of urgency to ensure we stay on schedule while providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
A strong desire to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while providing the ultimate experience in outdoor adventure for our guests.
Possess a strong sense of teamwork.
Outgoing and friendly personality.
Possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Possess basic tech skills (computer, diagnostic analyzer equipment)
Represent the culture of Pocono Outdoor Adv. Tours with ultimate integrity.
Reliable, consistent and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently to accomplish tasks.

Responsibilities –

Ensure that all vehicles are serviced and maintained consistent with prescribed procedures.
Ensure that maintenance logs are kept up to date and accurate to effectively track the state of repair for each machine in the fleet.
Use computer to log maintenance activity or order necessary parts to for inventory purposes.
Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
Communicate with teammates on the status of all vehicles and ensure that the online booking system tracks with machines that have been taken off-line for maintenance.
Ensure guides have access to spare tires and other essential equipment to successfully execute on a great customer experience.
Ensure machines are cleaned daily.
Support guide activities as time requires or is absolutely necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
